Dave Sweitzer, Jr., is a Morgantown native with long-standing family roots in the community. Before graduating from Morgantown High School, he exhibited interest in the arts and theatre, performing in "Amadeus" and landing the lead role in "Dracula" as well as directing "Shubert's Last Serenade." Dave has also been a local radio DJ for nearly 18 years, broadcasting for WVAQ, WAJR, WCLG, WRLF, WTCS and WMMN.

In May 2005, Dave graduated with honors from the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences at West Virginia University with a Regent's Bachelor of Arts degree and Area of Emphasis in Creative Writing.
